When you sign up for a new IDEA StatiCa account, you have to activate it before you can use any of our services.

Follow the simple steps below to complete the registration:

  1. Sign up on our website: After you sign up, you will receive a confirmation email with an activation link.
  2. Check your inbox: Look for an email from noreply@ideastatica.com with the subject line “Password activation email.” If you don't see the email, please check your spam or junk folder. It may take a few minutes for the email to arrive.
  3. Click the activation link: Click on the link in the email. This will direct you to a secure page on our website where you can create your password.
  4. Create your password: On the password creation page, choose a strong, unique password for your account. Make sure to follow the best practices for password strength (e.g., minimum character length, including numbers or symbols).
  5. Account activated: Once you’ve set your password, your account will be activated and logged in automatically.
