Double channel and angle bracings
Example of a hollow section column made of a custom welded box section (BOXFL 316x200x8) to which multiple bracing members. The bracing members have cross-sections of either a double channel section 2UPN140 connected by an inserted gusset plate or a single angle section L100x10 connected by a connecting plate. Braces are loaded by axial and shear forces. Model created in IDEA StatiCa Connection app.
