Workaround for export of notches from Advance Steel

Despite the fact we still push BIM links forward, there are some limitations. We will present a workaround of how to deal with notches in Advance Steel. There are two possibilities how to do it and we will share with you both of them ("negative volume cutting" or "cutting by surface").
