Prestressed cross joint

An example of a cross joint where the horizontal beam was connected only by the prestressed bars. The trimmed ends feature cannot be used, so the end forces were set manually. Such a structure can be designed in precast industrial buildings. The model is designed and code-checked in the IDEA StatiCa Detail application.
