What's new in IDEA StatiCa 25.0 (EMEA)

A refreshed visual style has been applied across all IDEA StatiCa 25.0 apps, offering a consistent interface aligned with the completely new starting app - IDEA StatiCa Launcher!

In the Connection app, the parametric templates were polished and also added to the new starting wizard. We also let you combine parametric templates with single operations. The most wanted slotted holes in multiple plates feature is delivered together with the possibility of saving custom cross-sections.

The anchoring design with 3D reinforced concrete models in the Detail app is extended with cast-in plates, column pedestals, general foundation shapes, and the ACI code. And, the calculation time is now 4x faster! For precasters, we prepared a new link from the Beam to Detail app, including lateral torsion buckling results linked to the RCS app.

For those dealing with global models with repeating standard connections, the Checkbot has been improved with the bulk report. Together with automatic grouping and critical load filter, there is no more productive tool for connection design.

A new MIDAS CIVIL NX link to import steel connections to Checkbot is added, the Grasshopper plugin is overall updated, and the import of anchors from Tekla Structures is enabled, PJP welds for Eurocode projects, Viewer showing concrete blocks, self-services available in the User Portal for migrating users,...
