License Compliance Analyst

The License Compliance Analyst will help implement the strategic goals and objectives of IDEA StatiCa by acting as the key point of contact for resellers in the giver territory.

What will you do?

  • Analyze and cross-reference telemetry data, usage patterns, organizational domains, and geolocation information to detect potential unlicensed or non-compliant use of IDEA StatiCa software
  • Build clear, structured case files for each incident, including relevant data and supporting evidence, to support internal decision-making
  • Prepare structured reports on global software piracy activity, with regional insights to support enforcement and compliance efforts
  • Cooperate closely with sales, legal, and technical support teams to ensure smooth non-compliance resolution
  • Assist in communication with suspected users and manage internal case progression
  • Escalate unresolved or high-risk cases to legal enforcement partners as needed.
  • Ensure correct and timely processing of settlements and licenses in internal systems
  • Educate internal and external stakeholders on common compliance issues, how we handle them, and best practices for licensing

Role requirements?

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations or similar roles; background in compliance, legal, or IP enforcement is a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical and research skills with great attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken English (B2+ level)
  • Basic knowledge of software licensing, EULA terms, and intellectual property
  • Self-driven, organized, and persistent in follow-ups
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) 
  • A university degree in legal, business, IT, or engineering field is an advantage
